The large ads catch the most attention, given the format, i.e. the design, the layouts and all that blend together. A sale banner can hook in a lot of customers looking for the brand you're selling. Placing ads on magazines and newspapers are also effective since a lot of homes and offices have this, and some people read these printed media on their free time. This goes to show that printing your advertisements is still effective up until now.
